Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

I was using https://help.ubuntu.com/9.10/serverguide/C/postfix.html to
try and set up mail server. I was unable to do that despite finding a
bug in the process of trying to make it work.

If you follow documentation and you decide to selv validate your own
self-signed certificate then this step will break

sudo postconf -e 'smtpd_tls_CAfile = /etc/ssl/certs/cacert.pem'

Nowhere on certificate page (https://help.ubuntu.com/9.10/serverguide/C
/certificates-and-security.html) except in the part on public
certificates does it say to create cacert.pem

** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
