Public bug reported: Hi, I'm trying to install a Ubuntu distrib for some days now. I tried with the latest version of 14.04 then an older one (I think 14.04.1) then 15.10, always in 64bits. The problem is that some times I can "try" the Ubuntu and sometimes the ubuntu loader is freezing. I could install it twice but after installing the nvidia driver (version 352) and rebooting, I can no more login. The screen is hanging after typing the login/password.
When I tried to launch the live CD 15.10, it said that it was a graphic card issue. I'm trying to install it on a laptop ASUS R753U - Intel I5 - NVIDIA GTX 950M and there is an integrated GPU in the processor. The laptop is not on the list of tested laptops compatible on Ubuntu. Any help would be appreciated.
