For clarity on licensing:
The Cognition Framework is LGPL.
The Cognition Modeler, the Eclipse plug-in, is currently an evaluation while
we're working out the kinks so use it to your hearts content. Once final, we
will license it most likely similar to JIRA - having a free Community editio
I looked at it only briefly. I guess one of the big differences between
Cognition and Trails (they're trying to work together, though) is that
Trails is domain-driven and Cognition is database-driven (it generates
your model based on the database). Now, this was a while back when I

tools are available to Tapestry developers to gain RAD. Right now I am
using MyEclipseIDE for all of my Tapestry development (which I am doing very
little of, but am doing some none-the-less).

In regards to DB:
We have only been testing properly with MySql so it is recommended you use it as
the RDMS for testing Cognition - this will clear up a lot of issues. (I thought
I had stated this clearly in the document
