Hi,
Thanks for the advice and the e-mail address. I'll definitely be keeping
note of IMEI numbers in future. What really surprises me is that I can't
find the invoice, and it's really not like me to delete such important
messages.
I do hope TalkNav will be able to help, and will post back to le
Hi.
No problem.
If you cannot resolve the situation, you may just have to buy a new
license, remembering to keep the IMEI number and any invoices for future

Take care.

Hi,
I am in the UK and bought the phone from a UK based internet store. They do,
however, source their products globally.
I have the phone set for English and, for the short time that Talks does
work, it seems to be in English.

Hi,
That's correct, and I have kept to those terms. The Talks license is not being
sold, it's being transferred to another phone in my possession and which will
remain in my possession.
Thanks for your time,

You also have to make sure you're in original cursor mode. Do this with
the Talks+[long press 2] to toggle between characters, words and
original. Once you're in original cursor mode, press the down arrow key
to highlight the phone number and then check out the Options menu.
