there are 3 option, contact to display: phone memory, sim memory and service
numbers. this is the option that to instruct the phone
to show which contact that saved either on your phone, sim card or service
numbers. phone memory is which the number saved in your
hone, sim memory is which those number that saved in your sim card memory and
finally service numbers is which those number that
program default by your service provider and you have no way to author them,
because you may need a pin2 code to gain access to the
service numbers directory.

just press the middle button or select key or key3, see which terms you can
understand, they are all the same key.

note: usually people just check the first option which is phone memory only.

1. go to contacts.
2. press key1 for options.
3. arrow up/down to settings and press select to open it.
4. there are 3 option, contact to display, default saving memory and name
showing format. you need to select the first one, contact
to display.
5. uncheck the last one, service number, and press key1 to accept the
changes.

that's it, you should be able to save your new contact to your phone memory.

Can anyone help with this C5 message.
unable to access contacts saved to service numbers
The contacts are actually there but it is strange getting this message. How
can I stop having the message and just have it say Contacts?
