Just copy your talks files to the memory card of your phone, and install the
talks files to the phone from your memory card.
If needed, get some sighted assistance.

I solved the problem by going to the Optus store.
The manager of the store simply conected my n86 and the IPhone5 to a special
computer that they have setup and transfered approx 1500 contacts for me.
It took her around 20-25 mi

Try turning off the phone, then take the battery out and leave it out for
3-5 minutes. Then put it bak in the phone and turn it on.
When i have these sort of issues where the phone seems to freeze and there
is nothing else i can do, that is what generally works for me.

I have found that i get more volue out of my phones, using the 8K Hz elequence
than the 16K Hz elequence.
Makes no difference whether its the US or UK elequence.
You might try the 8K Hz elequence as well as the higher value in the volume
