Hi I am currently using an N86, among other phones.
I have found that i get more volue out of my phones, using the 8K Hz elequence than the 16K Hz elequence. Makes no difference whether its the US or UK elequence. You might try the 8K Hz elequence as well as the higher value in the volume factor.
