I have installed this same file on an N86 and N96, and it has worked on both
occasions.
I don't know why its not working on the E6.
Should the phone be running on a symbian Anna OS, or Symbian Belle OS?

The file you want to installn is a .sys file. I am just concerned that
you might have a different file, e.g. a html file about Talks or something
like that.

i am trying to install talks 5.31.4.
I believe thats the latest.
I've been told that software installation has been set to all and the
date/time is correct.

Yes you can. Make sure date and time are set correctly and that software
installations is set to all. I use Talks on my E6. Are you installing
latest Talks?

Hi fellow talks users.
I have recently purchased the nokia E6.
When mor than one sighted friend has attempted to install talks for me
at various times, it says, unrecognised file type, or something to that
effect.
I thought that i had heard others on this list using the E6 with Talks.
For this reason, I was under the impression the E6 will recognise the
Talks .sisx file format.
Can someone please tell me what i must do so i can successfully install
talks on my E6?
