Hi Stephen

I have tried both *#77# and *#73#, and both time i get a message something like, cant make the call, cant access the internet.

Why would the phone be doing something like that?
How can i overcome this obsticle?

Thank you.

It is the same as you would do it on any other Symbian phone. If you want to retain your installed programs then do a *#7780# and follow the instructions. If you totally want to wipe the phone and start over and install everything again then do a *#7370# and follow the instructions.

Produced on a Nokia N95 smart phone using a Symbian based screen reader.
