I'd say try a Brooks Pro. I have a Brooks Pro Classic (budget model)
and the leather is much stiffer than on a B17 yet it's still a
comfortable saddle.

to plastic bikes and 23s. Then again, the idea of using 32s is

Just saw that myself. I'm really curious to see what they've got and
how they've been "fixed". I'm very very happy with my repaired
Rambouillet. When it broke and I emailed Grant he assured me it would
be good as new and a year and a half later that certainly seems to

pivots. As Mojo points out, it could be the pulleys. Good luck

Carradice? I think you can attach their tube bag or whatever it's
called to the handlebars. Carradice also makes a black canvas HB bag

My Rambouillet has DT Silver shifters and ghost shifts now and then.
Is it frame flex or a just a slightly miss aligned shift? I don't

Go with Jim T's or Steve's suggestion. Both my Rivs have 8 speed
cassettes (SRAM work best) and Silver shifters (DT and BE) and they
work great. The BE shifters are exceptionally pleasant to operate.
