Yesterday I did the Three Capes 300k brevet for the second year in a row. It was epic ride that was unfortunately marred by some serious suffering during the ride around the Three Capes. I fortunately made a good recovery and while tired was able to, for the most part, enjoy the last 140k of the ride. The Hislen performed well as did the new set of Jack Brown blues (ie, no flats).
