Hey, I'm just checking this thread now but if I were going to ride from Seattle to Portland I'd head from Seattle towards Randall, WA and then down into Gifford Pinchot National Forest and down to the Columbia River and into Portland via Bridge of the Gods and the Old Columbia Hwy.
