Sounds a bit costly; how much for 512 MB chip? I was *told* that SDRAMs are costly because DDR memory is more widely used. if there aren't as many buyers for SDRAM, then it will be costly. Disclaimer: I do not have statistics of DDR users Vs SDRAM users, so above information may be inaccurate.
