This is fairly easy. If you want to use CDex you just put all the mp3's
you want to make to an audio CD into your MY Music folder for CDex.
This might be different than the My Music that is in My Documents but
you can set this target folder to whatever is convenient for you. Once

Just checked, and I have version 9, 10, and 11 on my setup folder. If
anyone wants any of these, please contact me off list and hopefully will

Well, I've tried Super 2008 for just a bit. Does seem to be mostly

I think I just found the answer to my earlier question about Nero. In
the file menu I found options and there's a tab for cache. This has the
working files set to the temp file folder in my documents but you can

.3gp is the standard use by the NLS to record talking books and

The .cda file format is the correct type for making audio CDs for
playing back on any regular CD player. It just means CD Audio format.
A .WAV file won't play in an audio CD player. So just let Nero burn the
CD with the cda file format and you should have a playable audio CD.

Someone said something about a plug in for GoldWave that will allow it
to edit mp3 files without converting them to any other format and thus
avoiding any loss of quality when editing. Can someone please give me

I do this kind of thing all the time. You need a sound card and an

Thanks. It sounds very complicated.

It's very easy in Winamp. While a stream is playing, hit an alt key

Just arrow down to bookmarks and under that you'll find "add current as

CDex will do this and several other formats and is FREE to boot! So
will Goldwave and many others but the free one is probably what you want
and is very accessible and easy to use. CDex also ripps CDs and you can
save the tracks in several different file formats.
