I guess the rule here is that if it ain't etched in stone it's not permanent, and even stone will wear down. Archiving audio and video files for long periods of time have always been an issue. Photographs fade, and audio tape becomes brittle, and if not properly taken care of will discinigrate.

Hi All. I've been trying to record NLS books one track at a time using cdex and an NLS player. I tried to use the Cdex help file and was unable to get Jaws to read the whole screen. I'm using Windows XP and Jaws 8. Any hints re using cdex to record would be great! Thanks so very much! Have
