If the current POD doesn't provide enough information then I will re-apply
for registering the module later, when there is more. Until registration
is complete, I will continue to make uploads as DBIx-Portable, as a
temprary name, so to avoid adding more clutter (temporary names) on CPAN.

I am at a point in the design/development of my "Rosetta" database
abstraction tool where I am considering spitting the framework into more
independant pieces than was previously planned, namely splitting up the
"core", so that it is easie
worth being a module for it.

I would like to register the namespace for a new module I am making:
