request namespace for HTML::EasyTags

I would like to register the namespace for the following module:

HTML::EasyTags - bdpO - Make proper HTML 4 tags/lists/parts with 1 method call.

My authorname is DUNCAND.

Please refer to the email I sent yesterday, with subject of "[RFC] 
for HTML::EasyTags", for more information on what the module does and 
how it is unique.
