force a reindexing on PERLANCAR's latest release of Array-Iterator, which
should give him first-come on the other modules, and then I'll add the

I checked and saw that CPAN::Audit::DB was previously in CPAN-Audit. Pretty
sure that this issue is caused because of PAUSE's data model, and the fact that
old releases are on PAUSE where CPAN::Audit::DB was still in CPAN-Audit.
