This seems to be a bug in PAUSE's code which shows you permissions on a distribution. When I look at the individual modules, I see that VTI has first-come and BDFOY and RENEEB have co-maint on all of the packages in CPAN-Audit. CPAN::Audit::DB is in a different distribution, and has the same as for the others but with an additional co-maint for BRIANDFOY. Was CPAN::Audit::DB previously in CPAN-Audit? Would you like me to give co-maint on CPAN-Audit to BRIANDFOY? Neil PS I'll raise a bug
