I checked and saw that CPAN::Audit::DB was previously in CPAN-Audit. Pretty sure that this issue is caused because of PAUSE's data model, and the fact that old releases are on PAUSE where CPAN::Audit::DB was still in CPAN-Audit.
I suspect that if all old release of the distribution were removed by the relevant authors (you and VTI), then the problem would also go away. But it would still be good to fix PAUSE as well, so it doesn't merge in old information. Neil
