We've had a few requests for accounts for nefarious purposes, so we're a bit more cautious these days. As part of this we quite often email the requester. If we don't get a reply, then we leave the request for a while to see if the person follows up, and if not, then we delete the request. Sorry, but it looks like I deleted your request. If you submit it again, I'll get it approved promptly.
