Re streaming media: I don't think you can from the Airport Extreme as it
doesn't have storage. You can use the Airport Express I believe to air play
media to a media playing device. I believe you can use Time Capsule as a media
server but I've never done this myself so don't take my word on it.
If it wants you to create an iCloud email address I think you should just
create an iCloud email address. You won't have to use this address and it won't
change any existing addresses you have.

start a podcast playing initially you need to use the command-shift-s command.

there's a button on the home/podcasts screen which takes you directly to iCloud

It depends what type of email account you were using and what the settings
were. But usually it will have gone to a folder called archive or, on gmail,
[IMAP]/archive. You should be able to find the archive folder in the accounts
section of Mail on your iPhone. But, like Gigi said, it may have g

My battery usage varies depending on what activities I do with the phone. GPS
and heavy internet use over 3G is a major battery drain. I was once getting
turn by turn directions in the car while streaming my iTunes Match music over

When I tap the playback speed button in the iOS7 Music app the speed of
playback changes, but the button continues to show the speed as set to normal.
