Once you get it up and running, Lisette, I'd be interested in how you find Downcast on the Mac.
Hi Brian, yes I was talking about you. :) Just a friendly dig – I thought you might be reading but hope you didn't take any offence. Wanted to make sure your voice was heard in case Lisette ran into similar problems to what you're having. It's been working really well for me of late – can't remember the last time it went busy. Maybe the busy thing has to do with the amount of RAM or something? Not sure. Anyway, aside from Downcast I hope there are some apps that don't cause you too much trouble.
