command-shift-E, in the dialogue that comes up, there'll be a pop-up
button from which you can select to export your labels, and then like
any other save dialog, you can select where to save the exported

I think what you're paying for more in the cost of a mac is better
support. I'd heard some stats suggesting that the tech support that
companies like Del, HP, and other PC manufacturers provided was lower

Or here's another option, you could use Audio Hijack pro to hijack the audio
from VLC and then get an mP3 out of that.

You mention use of the outlook calender, Snow Leopard does have exchange
support in Apple mail, if your work account is on an exchange server. There
is a calender application as well, called iCal. iCal is a little tricky to use
with VO, but it can be used. Hope this helps.

rebuilding the trash mailbox. Select it in your mailboxes table, go to the

Well said, Brian. I totally agree. I as well, thought that pDF files were
these huge, bloted files, but it turned out that Adobe reader on WIndows was
very slow, and sluggish. I totally love preview for reading PDF's on the Mac.

Hmmm. INteresting. When Snow Leopard was releaseed, had no problem upgrading
to it here. The upgrade went absolutely fine here.

yes, when I try to customize the import settings I find that the bit rates
don't stick for me. I thought they would fix this as well.

Boy, I don't know what's going on there. I have a mini and running snowy
10.6.3 I can't duplicate what you describe. Itunes, at least so far, is
working the same as it did before.
There is, as I have mentioned earlier, still the problem with the export
settings not sticking on the chosen bit
