Yeah, that's what I'd like to see, especially if you're in a call, and somebody 
else is calling, nad you want to conference them in.  There's no add to 
conference option, or any way that i"ve noticed to do this, accept for 
declining the initial call, and finding that person in your contacts, and 
adding them
