Nick, I am not using the arrow keys, I am using voA and hearing it constantly. Some of these messages have 2 or 3 blank lines in a row.
With most windows scren readers, when your using read to end, blank lines aren't read. unless, of course, you turn that feature on. I completely agree with you, when using the arrow keys, this would be quite acceptable behavior, but, not when reading to end. The funny part is that it works great with Safari, no problem. the problem seems to be only in mail itself.
