I am having the same problem here, nuts, I was going to rip an audio book I got for Christmas. However, I won't do it at that 160 bit rate, much to high and unnecessary. I was just playing around with this yesterday and thought, How nice, it's fully customizable, well, I thought just a little to optimistically. I can't get the settings to stick either. I wonder if this is just an itunes 14 thing or what, how disappointing!
