I have tried using CTRL + Delete on both my 2018 Mac mini, and my 2019 MacBook Pro 13, and have not been able to get this key-command to initiate a shut down on either machine. I am able to use CTRL + Eject, on my 2018 Mac mini, with an Apple wired USB keyboard, to bring up a shut down dialogue
