There should have been a Notification banner in the upper right corner of the Mac’s screen. You can access these Notification banners using VO + N, then using the up/down arrow keys, then pressing Enter to select and place focus on the Notification. You will then need to open the Actions menu, using VO + CMD + Spacebar, where you can select the appropriate action for the Notification.
