Have you tried quitting Safari with, option-command-q instead of just
command-q? I believe this will close all of the active Safari Windows and will
not have them open next time you start Safari.

Sounds like you're doing everything right. When I created my activity, I
didn't interact with the mailbox list or the message list before I created the
hot spot. Perhaps that is the problem? Try recreating them.

In Snow Leopard, Safari 5.1 now has the option in Preferences, General, "Safari
opens with" that you can set to:

I hoooked up my VR Stream to my Mac to transfer some files. I tried to eject
the unit after the copy was done but for some reason the VR Stream continued to
show up on the Drives list. I decided to reboot to see if the VR Stream

In SL, when I typed a word into spotlight, it would give me the definition of
that word on top of the other results. In Lion, unless I'm missing something,
it seems that this feature has been removed. Is there still some equivalent? I
really liked that feature and used it all the time.

Hi,
you have to turn auto save off in system prefs/general. Otherwise, you have to
just close all windows and tabs before closing safari like you mentioned. You
don't have to open your homepage though. That will still open automatically.

You don't have to highlight the link. All you need do is put the VO
cursor/mouse on a character in it and then bring up the shortcut menu with
VO-shift-m. Then choose "copy".

My favourites bar contained four items: inbox, drafts, sent, and hide mailboxes
