My understanding of the soft pack sis that you'll pay the extra $49. You can do this online or call Humanware to place your order. Then Humanware will e-mail you like a User Authorization Key type thing that you'll install onto your stream. i believe this sort of "unlocks" those extra feature

As long as you know how to copy and paste, and I'm sure you do, you will have no problems at all. There is a companion software application that runs on windows, but I'm not sure if there is a Mac version. If your Macbook has a card reader on it, you can just take the SD card out of the VRS an
