But i went to disc utility and under the table where it says selected discs it
showed up it said vr stream and the size and also it said usb unsupported.

hmm have you tried using the card reader. I think if you have the audible key,
you can authorize the stream without actually connecting it.

I have never been able to use my stream connected to my macbook. It's a couple
of years old and I don't know if that's why but it just locks up my computer.
I just use an SD card reader plugged into the usb port and it works great with
no problems.
