I've actually unchecked the address book checkbox and it does seem to work.
Alas, it is a shame that i can't create new addresses to synch with my
iphone as i'm doing a full switch to mac and all my contacts have to
be painstakingly tapped on the phone instead of on the address book
app.
try checking the box again. this happened to me with notes, I
unchecked and rechecked, works fine now.

iTunes menu or file menu there are options for show duplicates. it
will list all the repeat files and you can go in and manually dell

Someone can correct me if there is another way, but you'd have
to first convert the MP3 file into an AAC file in iTunes. Then,
manually change the extension from M4A to M4R. Then play it in iTunes
and it should be added to your ring tones list.

Being that a DVD holds about 9GB you would need to have a tiny hard
drive to fit it all on a single DVD, even with compression which at best
