Press the crown, then swipe left and right. You should be able to choose a
language from here. You will hear each language announced in its own language
and with an appropriate TTS. Give it a try.

I have got a new Apple Watch series 10 and for some reason no mater what I do

I have a Braillino. I just figured out I can configure each voice to have a
different Braille setting in VoiceOver. How neat! The Monica voice works well
with the Braillino, and the Braille is displayed in grade 1 which is correct
for Spain. Thanks to everyone for all your help.

Option key combinations as Chris outlined or switch to one of the two Spanish
keyboards that are used on the Mac by adding that input language option and
using Command-Space to switch language
