I know what you mean, i was frustrated too two months ago when i bought my macbook. the voices i bought are the infovox ivox voices, they are like 120$ but are good though not cheep. I bought the latin american one which is only one voice, rosa, and comes with the english heather voice too. there is also the spanish from spain voices that are two, I beleave.
