Hopefully it makes a difference. Let me know how it goes.

Hi,
A few things that you can try on your TC. the first generation one, I believe,
does not have Dual Bandwidth capabilities so we'll work around that.
• Go to the Finder.
• Press cmd-shift-u to open the Utilities folder.
• Open Airport Utility.
• Select your TC from the Network Group.
• Press

Hi again Laura Ann.
when doing the installation of Mountain Lion, I'm glad I was told on this list
to turn VoiceOver back on once my computer had restarted. I waited three
minutes before I pressed command f5. I might have thought of this myself, but I
think I would have had more stress if I had
I will give them a call.
I have apple care and have been very impressed with their tech support for all
my devices and for the macbook pro.
Thank you!

Hi Laura Ann.
Ok, I have another suggestion if you can't figure out how to do the other
suggestions you've been given. You could call the Accessibility support number
at 877-204-3930. They are good at that number; I know. I've called it several
times. They are also real nice at that number, too
Hi,
That app has been there through many cats. It may have had a slightly
different name in Leopard or Tiger but has been Network Utility since Snow
Leopard for sure. A speed of 144 is fairly good for internal although with the

Hi,
I'm wondering if there's something with your wireless router or Internet
connection. It seems like you're having problems with the apps that connect to
the Internet.
• What kind of wireless router do you have?
• Who is your Internet provider?
Try the following:
• Go to the Finder.

Would an upgrade to Mountain Lion, rather than the lion that hangs out on the

I skipped over Lion (he was sleeping, I was vewwy vewwy quiet…)

no don't have Itunes match turned on.
sometimes access I device wirelessly.
Is also acting out in Safari and sometimes in mail.
I have just lived with it since getting the computer.
I thought it was normal macbook behavior but was disappointed it doesn't work
faster with the specs.

Hi,
As Ricardo mentioned, iTunes will usually give the busy message when first
accessing the iTunes Store. Have you subscribed to iTunes Match or do you have
an iDevice wirelessly syncing with iTunes? iTunes Match will cause iTunes to
access the Store right away when iTunes starts but normall

Ok.
What view do you have it set to? I'm not sure if it will make any difference
at all but, I have everything set to list view in iTunes. You can do this by
going to the playlist in the sources table and pressing command option 3.

iTunes does it the worst out of every app, from what I see. Unfortunately,
it's something you have to just live with.
Perhaps when iTunes 11 is released, things will be better.
