Hi,

I'm wondering if there's something with your wireless router or Internet
connection. It seems like you're having problems with the apps that connect to
the Internet.

• What kind of wireless router do you have?
• Who is your Internet provider?

Try the following:

• Go to the Finder.
• Press cmd-shift-u to go to the Utilities folder.
• Open Network Utility.
• Press the Info tab.
• Navigate right and select WIFI EN1 from the Interface pop-up.
• Navigate and find the item that tells you your connection speed.
• Let me know that speed.

This only tells you the internal connection speed and actually doesn't give you
the connection speed to the Internet but is a good indication of a few things.

Later...
