Hi again Laura Ann. 
when doing the installation of Mountain Lion, I'm glad I was told on this list 
to turn VoiceOver back on once my computer had restarted. I waited three 
minutes before I pressed command f5. I might have thought of this myself, but I 
think I would have had more stress if I hadn't known going in that I needed to 
do this. Also, a different voice comes up, and the volume is a little lower.
