Hi Laura Ann. Ok, I have another suggestion if you can't figure out how to do the other suggestions you've been given. You could call the Accessibility support number at 877-204-3930. They are good at that number; I know. I've called it several times. They are also real nice at that number, too, which is good since the last time I called I wouldn't have had to if I had known what I was doing. You might try that first before setting up a Genius Bar appointment.
I have had my MacBook Pro for a little over a year now, and I have not experienced the number of busy busy problems you describe.
