Butthe latters premise is that everybody has access to news server
(isn't?, as has been mentioned before by someone on this list).
In every case I vividly wish to keep this helpful list running!

I am definitely in favour of a newsgroup, if possible parallel to the
mailing list or synchronized with it. The
