Hello *, I just would like to ask everyone on the list whether you would be interested in setting up a newsgroup for LyX instead of or besides the lyx-users mailing list. The idea has come up in de.comp.text.tex yesterday.
Would you prefer to keep the mailing list alive or would you also like to join a newsgroup? As far as I can see in the latter case postings would be collected in the Google groups archive, too, making it somehow easier to search for information about LyX. TIA. Juergen.
