I think we should be clearer here about the differences. Something
like (you know English is not my first language.)
A special set of installers for LyX that bundles all necessary components
like MikTex, aspell, ImageMagik ..

This was a misunderstanding. "Figure:" will still be wrong no matter
what codepage the .mo-files use.
