Incomplete fix for 432757

This is my ham-fisted attempt to fix #432757 (ctrl-b/e not working in text insets). At least two problems : 1) when change sizes to very large at the end of text in an inset (i.e. not changing text, just future text), the cursor gets mis-calculated when typing. 2) when doing same to very smal
