It's the homepages of one of our internal open source projects, hosted on
our internal implementation of SourceForge.
So, the upshot is that it's an internal company site (intranet), not
visible to outside folks.
But, I don't want to use the actual LyX CSS files--I already have all my
own outline and look and feel. I just want to see _how_ you did
navigation bars using CSS, since I couldn't figure it out from the CSS
documents I found at W3, etc. and so I am using SSI to include HTML to
implement the navbar using tables in my implementation.
If I get this working I might do some work on my personal site with it,
too, though :)
