Facet pump has built in check valves and if you have considered a water drain
located in the low spot. I have seen water collect in such a spot and then

after the first few flights he discontinued using them. As I recall it was

tubing with AN 3 bolts.
from the bellcrank to the elevator horn - 67" same materials. The bellccrank
has at least 1/4" thickness of material around each drilled hole. All AN 3
bolts are drilled and cotter pinned at pivot
Would it be okay to add another 1 inch tube over top of the 3/4" and secure
it at both ends with the same AN3 bolts, effectively doubling the span?

amazing with all the wonderful design's all ready flying and tested. There are

Justin. Compared to the application of fiberglass skins you'll find
using Plywood to be a piece of cake. I felt putting on the bottom skin first
might keep things straight

I got smart a while back and painted it along with some other stuff, but the
fit was so tight on the holes that there's no way it'll fit back in the same
holes, and enlarging them would be very tough
I suppose worst case is that I figure out a way to open up the holes, so I'm
