Colin, Is the belcrank spacing the same on both ends? If one arm is longer than the other it could cause a loose cable condition. My guess is; check the control stops and be sure they are adjusted properly. Lynn N37LH

The cables to the elevator is very different in tension from the ailerons, so much so that I can get manual flutter at the elevator when fully deflected up. I bought a cable tension gauge, but do not have the plans to know what size cables are installed, nor the recommended tension in foot pounds.
