After the first side has cured, lay a straight 1/2"x 3" board along the trailing edge by tacking it on with dabs of bondo. After the second side has been finished and cured, knock the board off with a hammer. What little bondo that is left in the weave of the cloth after sanding will weigh hardly anything. I did this on all my trailing edges... Lynn N37LH
