I don't remember now. I'll ask him again if the weather is good and he can make it over next month. In the conversation he did mention float bowls and unvented carburetors. Perhaps the float bowl cavity is unvented on some. My time was really spent trying to keep the conversation on the problem I'm having with my brakes. So you know where my mind was at. Lynn Hyder
