Adding a mixture lever is very easy. All you have to do is to "pile up"
two throttle units, which means you will add a third plate on top of the
second plate. You'll have to make the second handle (mixture) the same way, 
but
smaller, and bent suitably for clearance.
You'll then use a longer friction screw, which will adjust friction for
both levers at the same time.
It will work fine if you make your spacers accurately.

I built mine pretty much this same way with Throttle, Carburetor Heat and 
Trim wheel into the left arm rest on one shaft with a tension knob. Additional 
levers and friction disc are very easy to add.  Serge, yours sure is a beauty.
