I am selling my KR2S as is. It has windshield damage and needs paint, but
is in otherwise good condition. It has an Lycoming O-290G that was
starting and running well. When I shipped it to the shop. It is at
Aviation Composites in Sandersville, GA. You can contact them if you have
any questions
I finally found someone that can do the windscreen repairs so my KR2S is on
it's way to the shop now. I haven't flown in almost 3 years so I am both
ready and nervous to get back in it.

Does anyone have a good route that they have flown? I have looked at a
couple but want some advice from people who have flown the area.

What I did with some of my students have them listen to live atc and also
make them say a response. Just because you know what to say, actually
practicing saying it out loud helps tremendously. Just pick an atc
frequency, approach is usually the best as they give the more complex
commands, and wh

Does anyone know someone who will do repairs and modifications in Central
Florida? I don't have the experience to fix the problems with mine and
want to get it back in the air. I have cracked windscreens and need some
paint work as well as a condition inspection.

I have flow behind several O-200 and none of them have had an oil cooler.
I've never really had a temp problem out of them, but they have all been on
C150s. I do remember seeing a mod at one point in time that added fins to
the spin on filter to help cool a little more but I can't find it now.

Gaston's is a one way runway with a left circling approach and departure

I had just over 1900. I had got my tailwheel signoff in a Cessna 150 Texas
Taildragger. Since I had a normal 150 at the time and flew it in almost
all weather conditions except hard IFR, there wasn't much to get used to.
I can't remember the last time I was that scared of landing an airplane.

The pictures I put up were from when I bought it, they do not show the
damage. Both front pieces are cracked beside the center post from top to
bottom. The crack is all the way through the material. I live about 20
miles east of Lake Wales Florida. I'm 3 miles north of the airport 2RR.

The reason I say it will be the same amount of work isn't the plexiglass,
but the way it is installed. It is bonded to the fiberglass that goes
around it and the frame, Since I will end up cutting them out and
re-glassing most of the canopy, I might as well just rebuilt it the way I
want. It shou

Have you tried leaning out a little? I have a friend that was having that
problem on a C150 and it turned out that when the economizer activated at
full power the mixture was running too rich.

They do not include sport pilots either, these rules are only for private

I am purchasing a KR2S and contacted aopa. With hull insurance it was a
