Due to age, the windscreens on my KR have broke and need replaced. I am looking at removing the current canopy and replacing it with a one piece bubble that tilts forward and hinges at the front. The way the current windscreens built in will require a lot of work to replace and I think it would be the same work wise to rebuild the canopy with better visibility. What advice do you guys have about this kind of modification. Also, if there is anyone that lives in central Florida that would be willing to come by, look it over and give me their opinion, There is an airport near my place, 2RR that I can meet you at as well. I have not built an aircraft before and did not build this one so any advice would be helpful.
